The Bible
Have you ever read the whole Bible? Why not visit http://bible.crosswalk.com where you can read the Bible in a year. They provide a reading from the New Testament, one from the Old Testament and a Psalm or some Proverbs each day. It doesn’t matter when you start, just keep going each day and you will have read every chapter and verse by the same time next year. It also gives you the option to listen to someone reading it if you don’t fancy reading it yourself! If you would rather have a bit of help understanding the Bible you click on ‘Devotionals’ where they give you a choice of study guides including one that gives you 365 readings to help you lose weight! “Today's thought: God's bread of life is nonfattening!”

There are a number of other sites where you can find daily devotionals. At www.blueletterbible.org you can find one written by Spurgeon and ‘My Utmost for His Highest’ by Oswald Chambers. If you want to search for a particular verse or passage then go to www.biblegateway.com or www.ibs.org where you can not only find your verse in a variety of translations but hear audio versions of them too. What’s more if you can access wap on your mobile phone you can go to http://wap.ibs.org/ and read your Bible on your phone instead.

Happy surfing.
