through better communication - in every way

In all these we will grow through wiser use of the resources God has already given us in the clergy Team and in so many lay gifts, remembering that that, for us all, the first place for discovering and doing God's ministry is in our everyday lives

in all this, we need to be connected to God, to each other in all our variety and to the communities in which we live

We must therefore root all this in faithful new confidence in prayer and Christian learning.
