Sunday Worship During Lockdown
Click here for an important announcements about church services.
At a special meeting of the PCC on 5th Jan it was decided that we should continue to open St Nicolas' Church for public worship from Sunday 10th January at the usual time of 10.00 am. This is in accordance with the latest government regulations. Certain additional measures will be introduced to reduce further the risk of infection.
We strongly advise anyone who is shielding, in a vulnerable category or showing any symptoms NOT to come to church.
Those who do choose to attend must adhere to the 2 metre distance rule at all times. They must wear a mask which covers their nose and mouth and must not mingle with others before, during or after the service. Those exempt from wearing a face mask are asked to wear a visor.
Places of worship have been given a special exemption to stay open and we must do all we can to care for the safety of those attending.
Please book in the usual way through the Parish Office by calling 0121 458 3289 or emailing before noon on the previous Friday.
