Sunday 4th October at 6.00 pm

The annual 'Mop' Fair, a local tradition hundreds of years old, arrives on The Green this weekend. It normally takes place on the first Monday in October. This year, without consultation, the organisers have decided to hold it on Sunday and Monday. Unfortunately, this means that The Green will be busy and noisy on Sunday evening and parking will be difficult. Our service will go ahead regardless, but may not be as tranquil as usual.
